TJX companies began a renovation and remodeling project on their HomeGoods store in Florence, KY. The IEP group performed a Limited Asbestos Survey to define asbestos containing materials (ACM) within the store, and the floor tile and associated mastic was determined to be ACM. For clearance purposes after abatement procedures were concluded, The IEP Group performed asbestos air monitoring and onsite laboratory analysis (per NIOSH 582 equivalent method) to quantify the concentration of asbestos fibers in the air. The HomeGoods store was cleared to finish renovating and remodeling.
